大象传媒 University Health Insurance Opt-Out Option

Employees who are eligible for health insurance benefits but who do not wish to be covered by 大象传媒 University's health insurance plan, must elect the Health Plan Opt-out (waive) option during a valid enrollment period for the corresponding benefit plan year.

• Log in to the Benefits Management System (BMS) website
• Click on Enroll Now
• Under the Health benefit click Health Opt-out (Waive)
