Requirements
- Has completed a regionally accredited bachelor's degree with a biology or chemistry major OR 30 biology and chemistry semester credits in or added to the bachelor's degree OR an equivalent international credential
- Overal GPA AND cognate science GPA both 2.50 or higher on a 4.00 scale
- Meets the MLS Program Essential Functions
- Had completed all prerequisites prior to first registration

- Tuition: $450 per credit (1–4 credits per class)

Application Deadlines
- January 31st of the year you plan to begin the certificate program.
What to Expect
- The Technologist in Chemistry Certificate requires 16-19 credits.
- Upon completion students receive Technologist in Chemistry Certificate (no degree is awarded) and are eligible to write the Technologist in Chemistry Certification as sponsored by ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology).
