This house is located 5 miles (8min drive) from 大象传媒 University in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house was built in the mid 90s. So, it is much newer than most houses in Berrien Springs. A new roof and a new geothermal heating/cooling unit have been installed. All floors have been updated recently. The geothermal allows for cost efficient heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
